- 3 tablespoons clarified butter
- 150 grams of minced meat (beef)
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 2 mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon red pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper

For the minced sauce:
Cut onions, carrots and mushrooms into small cubes.
Fry the minced meat in vegetable oil over high heat until dark.
Next, throw the onion, carrot, and mushroom into the pot and fry again on high heat for 3-4 minutes.
Add spices and tomato paste and fry. Add little boiling water to the pot, reduce the heat of the stove and close the lid and cook for about 20-30 minutes.
You can put the prepared sauce in a jar or storage container, cool it at room temperature, and heat it in the refrigerator whenever you want.
For the bread:
Cut the bread into small cubes and cook in a pan over medium heat until dry and golden brown.
Put the buns on the table and pour 2-3 spoons of minced meat sauce into the same pan and heat until it starts to boil.
Break the egg on the heated sauce and cook on low heat until the white is cooked.
Pour the egg and mince sauce over the bread.
Beat the yogurt with salt and pour it next to or on top of the bread. You can sprinkle chopped parsley and red pepper powder on your plate and serve.
