ingredients:

  • 1 package of spaghetti pasta
  • 2.5 cups of water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 3-4 black pepper seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • For the sauce:
  • 200 grams of ground beef
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon of dry mint
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom

  • For the top:
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Method of preparation:

  • Pour water into a deep pot, add black pepper seeds, salt and olive oil and bring to a boil.
  • When the water boils, drop the pasta into the water and cook according to the instructions on the package.
  • After cooking, remove the black pepper seeds and strain.
  • Add olive oil, garlic and minced meat to the pan. Cook until the minced meat releases its juice.
  • When the water is drained, add all the spices, tomato paste and salt and remove from the heat.
  • Combine minced meat with pasta and add olive oil to make it even tastier and mix. Serve hotly.
