- 1 kg of fish
- 1 handful of walnuts
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 handful of dried grapes
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt

Method of preparation:
First of all, clean the fish, take out the inside and salt the inside and outside.
Grind the walnut with a blender.
Pour boiling water over dried grapes, keep for a minute or two, drain and chop into small pieces. Finely chop the onion and fry it in oil.
Put walnuts, dried grapes, fried onion, lemon juice and salt in a bowl, prepare the stuffing and stuff it inside the fish. Sew the fish with kitchen thread and place it in a greased baking dish. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 1 hour. You can put the cooked fish on a serving plate, remove the stalks and serve it with lemon slices and any side dish you want.
