30 minuteingredients:
- 1 medium red pepper
- 1 medium sized green pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 medium sized tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon rock salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon mint
- Juice of 1/2 freshly squeezed lemon
- 4 cups of water
Method of preparation:
Wash the colored peppers in plenty of water, remove the seeds and divide them into two equal parts.
Cut the onion, garlic and tomato in half without peeling them.
Put all the vegetables on the baking sheet and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
The vegetables that you have cooked and taken out of the oven, chop them into small pieces and add drinking water to them after putting them in the pot.
Bring the soup mixture to a boil over low heat. Put the boiling soup through a blender to get a smooth consistency.
Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and ground oats to the prepared soup and mix.
At the end, you can add rock salt, black pepper and mint and serve hot.
