- 500 grams of minced meat
- 2 slices of white bread
- 300 ml of water
- 1 egg
- 200 grams of onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 600 grams of potatoes
- Salt, pepper, coriander seeds to taste
- 100 ml of water
- 100 ml vegetable oil
Method of preparation:
First, soak the bread slices in water for 5 minutes. In a deep bowl, add minced meat, finely chopped or grated onion and garlic, eggs and spices and mix. Add soaked bread slices (squeezed out) and mix by beating and kneading. Take 50-60 grams of the ready stuffing and put it on wooden sticks. Keep the barrel kebabs in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot or pan and fry the kebabs. Place the cooked kebabs on a kitchen napkin to absorb excess oil.
Peel and chop the potatoes and fry the kebab in the same pot. Sprinkle salt and cumin over the cooked potatoes, mix and arrange in the bottom of the pot. Arrange the kebabs on it, add 100 ml of water, cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes. When you put the kebab on a plate, arrange the potatoes first, then you can arrange the barrel kebabs on the table and serve.
You can also sprinkle chopped coriander and onion on top for taste.
