500 qram bişmiş kartof1 diş balaca sarımsaq
1/2 stəkan un
2/3 çay qaşığı qabartma tozu
1/2 çay qaşığı duz
120 qram pendir
2 budaq göy soğan
1 budaq cəfəri və ya keşniş
1 ədəd yumurta
2/4 stəkan süd
1 çay qaşığı istiot
Method of preparation:
Peel the boiled, cooled potatoes and pass them through the large mesh of the grater.
Finely chop the green onion.
Pass the garlic through a garlic press or grater.
Mix flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl. Add the potato and flour mixture, eggs and mix in a large bowl. Then add the milk and continue mixing. Then add pepper, finely chopped green onion, cheese, garlic, chopped parsley or coriander and mix again.
Heat the oil in a pan, pour 1 spoonful of the dough into the pan and fry it on both sides. Cook in the same way until the dough is finished.
After cooking, you can serve it.
