1/2 stəkan maye yağ
2 stəkan un
1/2 stəkan damla şokolad
2 paket qabartma tozu
1 paket vanil
Method of preparation:
Set the oven to 170 degrees.
Beat the powdered sugar and eggs for 5 minutes until white.
Add the milk and beat for 1 more minute and then add the oil and mix gently.
Sift the flour, baking powder and vanilla and add to the mixture.
After this step, mix the ingredients with a spatula and a wooden spoon without whisking.
Add the last drop of chocolate and mix.
Grease and flour the cake pan.
Pour the cake mixture into the mold and bake for 30-40 minutes without opening the lid.
Then continue cooking, checking with a toothpick.
After cooking, serve with tea or coffee.
