ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1.5 cups brown sugar powder
  • 100 grams of butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of walnuts
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 package of vanilla
  • 1 packet of baking powder

  • To grease the cake pan:
  • 1 teaspoon of butter

Method of preparation:

Beat the eggs and brown sugar with the help of a mixer until the sugar dissolves.
Add the room temperature butter and continue beating.
Then add the milk and mix all the liquid ingredients.
Sift the flour, baking powder and vanilla slowly into the batter and mix until the flour is incorporated.
Finally, cut the walnuts into large pieces, add them to the dough and mix with a wooden spoon or spatula.
Pour the cake mixture into a cake mold that you grease with butter and flour. Sprinkle crushed walnuts and brown sugar powder over it and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 40 minutes.
After the cake comes to room temperature, slice it and share it with your loved ones over a cup of tea.

Note: If you want, you can add cinnamon and ginger powder when adding flour to the dough.
You can use 1 cup of powdered sugar instead of brown sugar.
You can also use 1/2 cup vegetable oil instead of butter.
