20 minuteingredients:
- 1 liter of milk
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 3 tablespoons of starch
- 1 cup powdered sugar (1 finger from the cup)
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 package of vanilla
- 1 package of cream
- 2 tablespoons of labneh cheese
- 3 packages of petite cookies
- 100 grams of dark chocolate
Method of preparation:
For the cream, beat the egg yolks, milk, flour, starch, and sugar powder well, put them on the stove and mix them.
After cooking, add vanilla, stir and remove from heat.
When it is a little warm, add labneh cheese to half of the cream and beat at high speed of the mixer.
Grind 3 packets of biscuits into powder.
Fill the cups with cream and biscuits in layers.
Heat the rest of the cream until it reaches boiling point and melt the chocolate while stirring. Once melted, pour the chocolate over the cups and place in the refrigerator to cool the desserts.
You can serve after cooling.
