2 çay qaşığı kəklikotu
2 çay qaşığı qırmızı toz bibər
2 çay qaşığı pul bibər
1/4 çay qaşığı qara istiot
Method of preparation:
Cut the bread into cubes.
Add olive oil, thyme, black pepper, red pepper, black pepper powder and garlic to a small bowl and mix.
Pour the bread into the pan and fry until it reaches the desired color. Add the oil mixture on top and after turning once, remove from heat.
If you want to use the oven at this stage, you can bake it for 20 minutes in an oven heated to 190 degrees.
Your croutons are ready.
