Method of preparation:
Add the hazelnuts to a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and roast in a 200 degree oven until they crackle and are fragrant.
Peel the hazelnuts and set aside to cool.
When the nuts are warm, add a little at a time to a food processor and grind well. Add oil, salt, cocoa and coconut sugar.
After grinding all the nuts little by little in this way, add vanilla. If it's too sweet, you can add a little more coconut sugar, honey or an alternative sweetener at this stage.
When it reaches a creamy consistency, you can fill it in a jar and enjoy it in the morning.
