100 qram kərə yağı170 qram şəkər tozu
3 ədəd yumurta
200 ml xama
150 qram üzüm qurusu
300 qram un
2 çay qaşığı qabartma tozu
1 çimdik duz
1 paket vanil
Method of preparation:
In a bowl, beat softened butter and powdered sugar well with a mixer. Put eggs on it and continue to beat. Add sour cream and mix.
Wash and dry the grapes. Add dried grapes, flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla to the whipped mixture and mix with a spatula (or a wooden spoon). Add the batter to an oblong cake tin lined with greaseproof paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. After cooking, cool it at room temperature and sprinkle sugar kirsha over it and serve.
