Biskvit üçün:
75 qram un
15 qram kakao
90 qram şəkər tozu
3 ədəd yumurta
1 çimdik duz

Kremi üçün:
150 qram süd
15 qram qarğıdalı nişastası
60 qram şəkər tozu
100 qraç kərə yağı və ya 33%-lik yağlılığı ilə qaymaq
5 qram kakao (1 dolu çay qaşığı)

Qlazur üçün:
50 qram şokolad
20 qram kərə yağı

Method of preparation:

To prepare the biscuit, beat eggs, a pinch of salt and powdered sugar with a mixer. Sift the flour and cocoa into the egg mixture and carefully mix with a wooden spoon or spatula.
Spread the biscuit dough on an oven tray (size 30 x 40 cm) lined with greaseproof paper and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes. As soon as you take the finished biscuit out of the oven, roll it into a roll and wrap it again in a kitchen towel and set it aside to cool.
For the cream, mix milk, sugar powder and starch well in a bowl. Put it on the stove and cook until thickened. After cooking, remove from the heat and cover the pot with stretch cellophane and set aside to cool.
Beat room temperature butter well with a mixer (if using cream, beat it well too). Add the milky mixture that you have left aside to the butter that you are whisking little by little and continue to whisk. (Milk mixture and butter should be at room temperature. Otherwise, your cream will not be obtained, it will melt.) Add cocoa to the cream and beat again.
For the glaze, melt and mix the chocolate and butter.
Separate the biscuit from the greaseproof paper and cream it. Then fold it again in the form of a roulette and cover the top and edges with glaze. After placing it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, you can slice it and serve it next to the tea.
