ingredients:

  • 1 kg of chicken wings

  • For the sauce:
  • 1/2 cup liquid oil
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato
  • 3-4 cloves of grated garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme

Method of preparation:

Wash the chicken wings you bought, drain the water and cut them with a knife.
Mix liquid oil, pepper, salt, tomato, grated garlic, yogurt and thyme in a bowl and dip the wings well in the sauce. Transfer to skewers and grill on both sides. You can serve chicken wing kebab with grilled vegetables
