Sift the flour into a large bowl and add all the ingredients one at a time.
If, despite adding flour, it still sticks to your hands too much, you can add a little more to make the dough like an earlobe.
When the dough reaches a sticky consistency, wrap it in cling film and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes. Set the oven to 165 degrees.
Roll the dough into a small round log and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press lightly with your fingers. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes in a controlled manner so that the color does not brown too much.
You can sprinkle powdered sugar on it and serve it.
