  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 3 bananas
  • 1/2 cup walnut kernels
  • 2 glasses
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Method of preparation:

Beat the eggs with powdered sugar until white with the help of a mixer.
Continue whisking after adding the olive oil and milk.
After crushing the peeled bananas with a fork, add them to the cake mixture and mix with a spatula or wooden spoon.
Add sifted flour, baking powder, chopped walnuts and cinnamon.
After mixing the cake batter with all the ingredients, pour it into a greased cake mold and bake it in the oven at 170 degrees for 45 minutes.
After cooking, cut into slices and serve.
