ingredients:

  • 1 cup noodles (boiled)
  • 1 carrot (grated)
  • 1/3 bunch of dill
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 handful of walnuts (to taste)

Method of preparation:

Boil 1 cup of noodles for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, mix 1 cup of boiled noodles, 1 grated and drained carrot and finely chopped dill.
In another bowl, mix a bowl of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, 3 cloves of crushed garlic and salt and add the prepared sauce to the salad and mix well.
Put your finished salad on a plate and decorate it by pouring red pepper powder mixed with olive oil that you heated in a pan.
You can also add walnuts to your salad if you like.

Note: Be sure to squeeze out the juice after grating the roots so that your salad is not watery.
Use walnuts as a garnish, as walnuts go well with salads.
