- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons of boiled water
- 1 package of vanilla
Method of preparation:
First, beat the eggs with sugar powder in a bowl without separating the whites from the yolks (until the volume doubles, 10 minutes). In another bowl, mix the flour and baking powder and carefully add it to the egg mixture. Mix the mass at the minimum speed of the mixer. Add boiling water, vegetable oil and vanilla and mix with a wooden spoon or spatula. Pour the prepared dough into a mold and bake it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
