ingredients:

  • 8 lamb ribs
  • 10 small onions
  • 1 potato
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 carrot

  • For the sauce:
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground red pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1.5 teaspoons of salt

Method of preparation:

For the sauce, mix coarse tomato paste, olive oil, spices, garlic and grated onion.
Arrange the ribs in a baking dish.
Spread the prepared sauce all over the ribs, add chopped carrots, chopped potatoes, garlic and onions and mix well.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator and cover with parchment paper.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
If desired, you can serve it with rice.
