- 250 ml of water
- 110 g softened butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 135 grams of flour
- 3 eggs
- 700-800 ml of vegetable oil
- 50 g of powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 100 g of dark chocolate
- 100 ml of 35% fat cream

Method of preparation:
To prepare the dough, add water, butter, vanilla and salt to a deep pot and mix. Put the pot on the stove and boil. Remove from heat, add flour and mix quickly. Put the pot back on the stove and stir continuously for another 2 minutes. Remove the dough from the oven and set aside to cool.
Add 2 eggs to the cooled dough and beat well with a mixer. Beat the remaining 1 egg in another bowl and add it to the dough and continue to beat. Fill the dry dough into a pastry bag with a "star" tip.
Pour the oil into the pot and heat it well. Press the strips of dough into the oil, cut them with kitchen scissors and fry them for 2 minutes on each side. Do not fry more than 2-3 strips at a time. Place the fried churros on a kitchen towel to drain the excess oil. Cook all the dough in this way.
For the topping, mix powdered sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Roll the cooked churros in cinnamon sugar.
To prepare chocolate sauce, melt chocolate in a water bath, add cream and mix well.
You can serve hot churros with chocolate sauce.
