ingredients:

  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1.5 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of liquid oil
  • 2 packs of vanilla
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 3.5 - 4 cups of flour

Method of preparation:

Pour sugar powder into a bowl, add a little milk to it and start beating well.
After beating well, add oil, vanilla and baking powder.
At the end, start adding flour little by little. After adding 2 cups of flour, add the rest of the flour in a controlled manner as needed by your cake and mix.
Pour the prepared cake dough into a greased and floured mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
After removing from the oven, slice and serve.
