- 2 slices salmon (sliced slightly thick)
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 slice of lemon

Method of preparation:
In a large bowl, add the olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, bay leaf, black peppercorns and salt and mix.
Place the fish slices in this mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Take the fish out of the refrigerator and cook it briefly on a preheated grill, turning both sides.
When it's ready, share it with your loved ones while it's hot, along with lemon slices and greens.
