  • 2 salmon fillets (salmon, 200 grams each)

  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 herb (rosemary)
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

You need to act quickly so that the potatoes do not turn black. If you are going to prepare a large quantity, put the grated potatoes in a bowl filled with cold water, drain them before cooking and put them in the pan.
