1 paket spagetti makaron2,5 stəkan su
1 çay qaşığı duz
3-4 ədəd qara bibər toxumları

200 qram çəkilmiş mal əti
1 diş sarımsaq
4 xörək qaşığı zeytun yağı
1 xörək qaşığı bibər pastası
1 çay qaşığı qara istiot
1 çay qaşığ acı bibər tozu
1 çay qaşığı qırmızı bibər tozu
1 çay qaşığı quru nanə
1 çay qaşığı hil
Üzəri üçün:
2 xörək qaşığı zeytun yağı
Method of preparation:
- Pour water into a deep pot, add black pepper seeds, salt and olive oil and bring to a boil.
- When the water boils, drop the pasta into the water and cook according to the instructions on the package.
- After cooking, remove the black pepper seeds and strain.
- Add olive oil, garlic and minced meat to the pan. Cook until the minced meat releases its juice.
- When the water is drained, add all the spices, tomato paste and salt and remove from the heat.
