ingredients:

  • 500 grams of minced meat
  • 900 grams of spaghetti
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 250 ml of water
  • 100 grams of hard cheese
  • 20 grams of parsley
  • Salt to taste, hot pepper powder, herbs (rosemary, pepper)
  • 2 pinches of pepper

Method of preparation:

First prepare the minced meat.
In a bowl, add chili powder, dry rosemary, pepper and salt to the minced meat and mix well.
Divide the raw spaghetti into three equal parts and make three identical tops without mincing, place a portion of spaghetti in the middle of each and press the minced meat firmly so that the spaghetti remains inside. Heat the pan on the stove and add oil. Fry the prepared minced spaghetti in a heated pan on high heat for 3 minutes on each side.
Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables. Dice the onion, bell pepper and tomato, and chop the garlic into small pieces. First, add the onion and garlic to the pan and fry for 2 minutes until soft. Lower the stove to medium heat. Then add the chopped peppers and tomatoes to the onion and fry the vegetables together for another 3 minutes. Dissolve the salt and tomato paste in water and pour it into the pan. (Spaghetti should be completely covered with tomato.) After boiling, reduce the heat to minimum, cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes.
Grate the cheese and sprinkle it over the food. Cover the dish and cook for another 3-5 minutes so that the cheese melts completely. Then you can sprinkle chopped parsley and take it out of the oven and serve it.
