- 120 grams of butter at room temperature
- 240 grams of chopped bitter chocolate
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 4 eggs at room temperature
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 cup of pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 (half) pack of cream
For the top:
Method of preparation:
Melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave and mix. When it comes to room temperature, add powdered sugar and mix with a wire whisk. Add the flour and the eggs one at a time and continue to mix. Sift in the pomegranate, salt and flour and mix until just combined.
Place the muffin papers in the muffin tin and divide the batter. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. If you cook more, it will be like a cake.
To prepare the cream, beat the cream and powdered sugar well at high speed of the mixer. Fill the cream in a pastry bag and decorate as you like, and at the end, you can put pomegranate seeds and mint leaves on top of the delicious brownie and serve it.
