  • 100 grams of butter
  • 2-3 tablespoons of clarified butter

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • Herbs (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons clarified butter
  • 0.5 teaspoons of powdered sugar

Method of preparation:

First, chop the onion finely and fry it in oil. Add minced meat and cook until it changes color.
Chop the peppers into small cubes and add the garlic to the minced meat and cook on medium heat. Add salt, pepper and spices to taste and mix. After it is ready, remove from heat and add canned corn and chopped greens.
Pass the tomatoes through a blender, finely chop the garlic. In a separate pot, add the tomatoes you passed through the blender, finely chopped garlic, clarified butter and spices and boil for 5-7 minutes.
Cut lavash according to the shape you will use. Grate the cheese. Put minced meat and cheese on each lavash and roll it like a roulette. Pour half of the sauce into the baking dish and place the lavash filled with filling and spread the rest of the sauce on top and sprinkle with cheese.
