To prepare the dough, in a bowl, rub the softened butter at room temperature with the flour.
In another bowl, mix kefir, egg yolk and baking powder. Combine the flour mixture with the kefir mixture and knead the dough. Wrap the dough in stretch cellophane and keep it at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
To prepare the filling, beat the egg whites well with powdered sugar. Spread the dough on the workbench to a thickness of 0.5 cm and cut circles with a diameter of 10 cm. Place 1 teaspoon of filling and crushed walnuts inside each circle and roll into a candy shape. Wrap all the candies in this way and place them on an oven tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake them in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. You can spread boiled condensed milk on the cooked candies and serve after sprinkling coconut.
