ingredients:

2 stəkan un
2 stəkan süd
2 ədəd yumurta
4 xörək qaşığı şəkər tozu
1/2 çay qaşığı duz
1/4 stəkan bitki yağı
1 çay qaşığı söndürülmüş soda

Method of preparation:

First, beat eggs, salt and sugar powder well with a mixer or a wire whisk. Add 1 cup of hot milk and continue whisking. Add flour little by little and mix with a wooden spoon. Finally, add vegetable oil and soda to the whipped mass and mix. Keep the finished mass in a warm place for 10 minutes.
Then cook both sides in a pan. You can serve cooked pancakes with honey or fresh berries.
