ingredients:

Xəmiri üçün:
1 ədəd yumurta
1/2 stəkan maye yağ
1 stəkan süd
1 çay qaşığı duz
1,5 çay qaşığı şəkər tozu
1,5 paket qabartma tozu
4 stəkan un

İçlik üçün:
1 kasa rəndələnilmiş ya da əzilmiş pendir
1/2 dəstə cəfəri

Üzəri üçün:
1 ədəd yumurta sarısı
Çörək otu və ya ağ küncüt

Method of preparation:

To prepare the dough, mix eggs, liquid oil, milk, salt, sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Add the flour slowly and knead a soft, non-sticky dough. Wrap the dough in stretch cellophane and keep aside for 20 minutes.

To prepare the filling, mix the cheese with chopped parsley. Then, make walnut-sized logs from the dough with your hands and open them slightly. You can put the filling inside the dough and give it a D shape or a round shape. Fill all the logs with stuffing, shape them and place them in a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper or lightly greased. Brush the sweet bread with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds or breadcrumbs to taste. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes. You can prepare the filling with different options such as potatoes and sausages.
