- 1 teaspoon of butter
- 3 lavash
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper (ground)
- 4 tablespoons of cottage cheese
- 50 grams of white cheese (chopped)
- 1 handful parsley (chopped)
- 5 black olives (pitted, chopped)
- 1 egg yolk (for topping)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for topping)
Method of preparation:
Add a little butter to the pan, melt it and put the lavash, break the egg on it, beat it with a fork and mix it. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Next, add cottage cheese, white cheese, parsley and olives.
Repeat the same process for the 2nd lavash.
After placing the third lavash on it, apply egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and close the lid and cook for 15 minutes.
After one side is cooked, grease the pan again and cook the other side of the lavash for another 10 minutes.
After cooking, you can serve as you like.
