1 çay qaşığı acı bibər tozu

2 xörək qaşığı zeytun yağı
2 ədəd yumurta
2 xörək qaşığı küncüt
Method of preparation:
Heat the oven to 170 degrees.
Divide the dough into 4 equal triangles and spread 1 tablespoon of olive paste on the wide side and sprinkle with grated Dutch cheese, thyme and hot pepper powder.
Roll the dough into a roll and shape it into a bagel and place it on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
Beat the eggs.
In a separate bowl, mix molasses and olive oil. Put the egg on the borek first, then the molasses mixture, add a lot of sesame and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with tea or for breakfast right out of the oven.
