- 1.5 pieces of oily dough (triangular pieces will be obtained if you divide the dough into 4 equal parts)
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 120 grams of Dutch cheese
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 tablespoon of grape molasses
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds

Heat the oven to 170 degrees.
Divide the dough into 4 equal triangles and spread 1 tablespoon of olive paste on the wide side and sprinkle with grated Dutch cheese, thyme and hot pepper powder.
