2 ədəd yaşıl bibər
100 qram çəkilmiş mal əti
1 çay qaşığı duz
1/2 çay qaşığı qara istiot
1/4 çay qaşığı kimyon
1/4 çay qaşığı üyüdülmüş qırmızı bibər tozu
1 çay qaşığı kəklikotu
1/2 çay qaşığı acı bibər tozu
3 ədəd yumurta
1/4 dəstə cəfəri (doğranmış)
Method of preparation:
Heat butter and vegetable oil in a pan and add finely chopped onions and start frying. When the onions start to become slightly transparent, add green chillies to the pan and continue frying.
Then add the minced meat to the pan. Mix lightly and add all the spices and fry.
To break the eggs, make holes in the minced meat in the pan and carefully break the eggs and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Cook until the whites are like apricots and the yolks are half cooked. If you like it fully cooked, close the lid and cook for another 3-4 minutes and serve hot.
