- 3-4 sausages (doctor's)
- 200 g of yeast, unleavened or puff pastry
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon of fenugreek

Method of preparation:
First, peel off the sausage casing.
Roll out unleavened dough, yeast dough or puff pastry kneaded from flour, salt and water in a 3-4 mm thick rectangle. Place the hot dog on it, fold it and fasten the edges. (The dough should be the same on all sides.) Cut circles 1-2 centimeters wide with a sharp knife (you can sprinkle flour on the dough so that it does not stick to the knife) and put it on skewers. Keep the dough aside for 15 minutes. Place the dough in a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper, brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds or breadcrumbs and bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 degrees.
After it is ready, you can serve hot or cold hot or cold sausage with your favorite sauces.
