ingredients:

  • 750 grams of salmon

  • For the sauce:
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder
  • 2 slices of onion
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • 1-2 herbs (rosemary)
  • 2 sprigs of dill

  • To put on:
  • 1 onion cut into rings
  • 1 red pepper cut into rings
  • 1 lemon cut into rings
  • 2 herbs (rosemary)
  • 2-3 pieces of dill

  • For the salty dough:
  • 2.5 kilos of salt
  • 3 egg whites

Method of preparation:

Crush garlic, red pepper powder, onion, mustard, lemon juice, herb (rosemary) and dill together.
Brush the sauce over the salmon.
Mix salt with egg white and make dough.
Pour a part of the salted dough on the oven tray and put the fish on it, and the vegetables on the fish. Cover the fish with the rest of the salt and cook at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
You can break the salmon that is ready and cooked like Turkish delight with a hammer and serve it hotly.
