750 qram qızılbalıq ( somon )Sous üçün:
3 diş sarımsaq
2 xörək qaşığı qırmızı bibər tozu
2 dilim soğan
1/2 limonun suyu
2 xörək qaşığı xardal
1-2 ətotu (rozmarin)
2 budaq şüyüd
Üzərinə qoymaq üçün:
1 ədəd halqa şəklində doğranmış soğan
1 ədəd halqa şəklində doğranmış qırmızı bibər
1 ədəd halqa şəklində doğranmış limon
2 ədəd ətotu (rozmarin)
2-3 ədəd şüyüd
Duzlu xəmir üçün:
2,5 kilo duz
3 ədəd yumurta ağı
Method of preparation:
Crush garlic, red pepper powder, onion, mustard, lemon juice, herb (rosemary) and dill together.
Brush the sauce over the salmon.
Mix salt with egg white and make dough.
Pour a part of the salted dough on the oven tray and put the fish on it, and the vegetables on the fish. Cover the fish with the rest of the salt and cook at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
You can break the salmon that is ready and cooked like Turkish delight with a hammer and serve it hotly.
