ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1.5 cups of powdered sugar
  • 2 packs of vanilla
  • Juice of 1 large lemon
  • Zest of 1 large lemon
  • 1 package of cream
  • 1 cup of liquid oil
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 3.5 - 4 cups of flour

Method of preparation:

Separate the egg yolk and white.
Beat the yolks well. Then add powdered sugar and continue beating.
Add cream, lemon juice and zest, soda, oil and vanilla and mix all the ingredients well.
Add the flour and baking powder and continue mixing.
Beat the separated whites until double. Then, with the help of a spatula, pour little by little into the other mixture and mix from bottom to top.
Pour the prepared cake dough into a greased and floured mold and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 35-40 minutes. You can take it out of the oven and serve it after it is at room temperature.
