Add oil, melted butter, lemon juice and yogurt and continue to beat.
Rub the lemon peels with vanilla and add to the mixture.
Sift the baking powder and flour into the mixture and mix with a wooden spoon.
Pour the cake batter into a greased cake mold and bake in a preheated oven at 165 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
