1 stəkan şəkər tozu3 ədəd yumurta
3/4 stəkan maye yağ
3 xörək qaşığı ərimiş yağ
1 stəan qatıq
1 paket qabartma tozu
1/3 limon suyu
1 xörək qaşığı limon qabığı
1 paket vanil
2,5 - 3 stəkan un
Üzəri üçün:
1/2 stəkan pudra şəkər
5 xörək qaşığı limon suyu
Method of preparation:
Beat the egg well with powdered sugar.
Add oil, melted butter, lemon juice and yogurt and continue to beat.
Rub the lemon peels with vanilla and add to the mixture.
Sift the baking powder and flour into the mixture and mix with a wooden spoon.
Pour the cake batter into a greased cake mold and bake in a preheated oven at 165 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Beat the lemon juice and powdered sugar well.
After removing the cake from the oven and cooling it to room temperature, pour the prepared sauce on it and serve it.
