4 ədəd toyuq budu2 xörək qaşığı tomat pastası
3 diş sarımsaq
1 çay qaşığı qara istiot
1 çay qaşığı üyüdülmüş qırmızı bibər tozu
6 xörək qaşığı zeytun yağı
1 çay qaşığı duz
1/2 stəkan isti su
Kartof üçün:
20 ədəd balaca kartof
3-4 xörək qaşığı zeytun yağı
2 xörək qaşığı kərə yağı
4 ədəd sarımsaq
1 çay qaşığı sürtgəcdən keçilmiş limon qabığı
1 çay qaşığı qara bibər toxumları
1 çay qaşığı duz
Method of preparation:
Peel the potatoes well. Then add 2.5 cups of boiled water to the pot and cook until it softens a little.
After cooking, drain the water and let it cool.
Add garlic, olive oil, butter, salt, lemon peel and black pepper seeds to the baking dish and mix well. Put it in the oven heated to 170 degrees and cook for 10-15 minutes until it gets a light color (brown).
Mix all the ingredients for the chicken in a bowl. Then add the chicken and continue mixing.
Put it in a baking dish and bake it in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes, covering the dish
(you can cover the bowl if you have a lid or foil).
Before removing from the oven, open the lid so that the top is browned.
Remove your chicken from the oven and serve with potatoes.
