- 6 chicken thighs
- 1.5 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons of yogurt
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
For the sauce:
Method of preparation:
Pour olive oil, yogurt, grated garlic, tomato paste, salt and spices into a large bowl and mix well.
Then throw in the chicken thighs and mix well.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
After removing from the refrigerator, place the thighs on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and pour the remaining sauce over them.
Bake in an oven heated to 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes. (While cooking, you can also put garlic or any vegetable cut in half on your tray.)
When the chicken is cooked to your liking, you can take it out of the oven and serve it.
Then throw in the chicken thighs and mix well.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
