25 minuteingredients:
200 qram sümüksüz bud əti (doğranmış)300 qram göbələk (böyük doğranmış)
2 xörək qaşığı kərə yağı
4 xörək qaşığı maye yağ
1 ədəd orta soğan
1 qutu qaymaq (200 ml.)
2 çay qaşığı duz
1/2 çay qaşığı qara istiot
Method of preparation:
Add oil to the pan and when it melts, add onion and fry.
Next, add the mushrooms to the fried onions. (The heat of the oven should be high so that the mushrooms do not release their juice.) Fry the mushrooms until caramelized.
Add chicken, salt and pepper and continue frying.
Add cream and mix. Turn off the heat when all the sauce is evenly coated with the chicken and mushrooms.
Chicken with creamy mushrooms is ready.
