- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 6 mushrooms
- 1/2 teaspoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon of cream
- 3 fresh onions (for topping)
Method of preparation:
Clean and chop the mushrooms.
Melt the oil in a heated pan and fry the mushrooms.
Pour the fried mushrooms into a bowl.
Whisk the eggs and other ingredients together.
Without cleaning the pan where you fried the mushrooms, pour the egg mixture into the pan and lower the heat of the stove.
Close the lid of the pan and cook until the top is bubbly.
Fold the omelette in half, adding fried mushrooms and finely chopped onions. In this case, carefully put it on a plate and serve it by adding the onion.
