- 600 grams of mushrooms
- 200 milliliters of cream
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 1 liter of water
- 2 small onions
- 1.5 tablespoons of butter
- 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper
- 4-5 dills (parsley optionally)
Method of preparation:
Heat the butter and vegetable oil on the stove. Add onion cut into small cubes and fry.
Add the mushrooms that you cut into small cubes and when the mushrooms start to release their juice, add the flour. Fry for 1-2 minutes until the smell of flour goes away.
Add water and cream. Stir constantly and bring to a boil. When it boils, reduce the heat and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add salt and pepper.
You can take it out of the oven and serve it with finely chopped parsley or dill.
