  • 3 pieces of butter dough

  • For the sauce:
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup liquid oil
  • 2 tablespoons of yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • For the filling:
  • 250 grams of cheese
  • 1/2 bunch parsley

Method of preparation:

Whisk the ingredients for the sauce well. For the filling, mix finely chopped parsley and cheese in a bowl.
Spread the dough on the counter and spread the sauce on all sides. Spread the filling inside and roll it like a roll.
Repeat the same process for all the butter dough. There will be 6 long rolls in total.
Give the desired shape to the rolled dough and apply the remaining sauce on it. If there is no sauce left, you can apply egg yolk or oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 28-30 minutes under supervision.
