  • 2 chicken thighs
  • 2 cups of rice
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of liquid oil
  • 3 cups of chicken stock
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method of preparation:

First, put the chicken and all the peeled onions in a pot to boil and add an inch of water to the top and bring to a boil.
After cooling the boiled chicken meat, eat it.
Put the rice in warm water and wait for the starch to come out.
Add oil to the pan where you will cook the rice and after it melts, add the rice and chickpeas and fry for 5-10 minutes. Then add the chicken you have tasted, salt and 3 cups of the boiled chicken broth, mix once, close the lid and cook on low heat.
