ingredients:


    For the salad:
  • 1 large celery
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 3 servings of extra strained yogurt
  • 1/3 bunch of dill
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • For the top:
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 handful of walnuts

Method of preparation:

Grate the celery and soak it in lemon water and prepare the other ingredients.
Add 1 cup of yogurt, 3 tablespoons of strained yogurt, finely chopped dill, coarsely chopped walnuts and 1 teaspoon of salt to the mixing bowl and mix well.
After squeezing the juice of the celery waiting in the lemon water well, you can add and mix the other ingredients before serving.
