150 qram yumşaq ət ( bonfile )2 ədəd lavaş
1 ədəd qırmızı bibər
1 ədəd yaşıl bibər
6-7 ədəd göbələk
1 çimdik kimyon
1 çay qaşığı qara istiot
1/2 çay qaşığı duz
4-5 ədəd kahı yarpağı
Method of preparation:
Heat the pan and oil it with olive oil (add a piece or two of butter to make it more delicious), add the peppers and fry.
Add the meat cut into strips to the fried peppers (if you have time, marinate the meat beforehand) and continue frying.
Clean the mushrooms and add to the pan and stir.
Add the spices when the meat is almost cooked.
You can cover the lavash over the meats in the pan to add flavor and warmth.
Put the cooked meat on the end of the heated lavash and add chopped lettuce leaves and fold the edges. Fajita is ready!
