ingredients:

  • 500 grams of spinach (peeled and cleaned)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid oil
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of black pepper

  • For Bechamel sauce:
  • 3.5 cups of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of butter

  • For the top:
  • 200 grams of Dutch cheese (grated)

Method of preparation:

Wash the spinach well and put it in a strainer to drain.
Chop the onions and pour them into the pan and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and start frying them. Then add the finely chopped spinach and fry it a little, but the spinach should not die too much.
Then remove from heat and set aside to cool.
In a separate sauce pan, fry the flour. When it smells, add a little milk. Then add salt and pepper and pour it over the spinach. Mix the two and put it in a baking dish, add grated Dutch cheese and put it in the oven. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. cook and remove from oven when cheese melts.
After coming to room temperature, slice and serve.
