- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa
- 3 tablespoons of almond powder
Method of preparation:
Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Beat the egg whites with a high-speed mixer for 2 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix honey, milk, cocoa and almonds.
Add the egg whites to the mixture twice and mix slowly with a spatula.
Divide the prepared mixture into souffle molds (a little more than half of the cups), which you grease and pour a little cocoa, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
After cooking, you can eat it with pleasure.
