ingredients:

1 çay qaşığı qara zirə
1 ovuc cəfəri (doğranmış)
1/4 ədəd kahı
6 yarpaq roka
1 ədəd kök
1 ədəd xiyar
1 ədəd yaşıl bibər
3 ədəd pomidor soku
1 dilim limon
Method of preparation:
Pour all the cheeses into a large bowl, add ground red pepper powder, thyme, black cumin seeds and finely chopped parsley and mash with a fork. Shape into walnut-sized pieces and set aside the cheese balls you have made.
Wash all greens and vegetables.
Chop the lettuce, grate the carrot and add the rocket leaves.
Next, add cucumbers, green peppers and tomatoes, chopped.
