- 1/2 package of spaghetti
- 1 package of liquid cream
- 1/2 teaspoon of flour
- 1 head of garlic (3 will be used)
- Peel of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 handful of chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pinch of chopped parsley
- 1 pinch of lemon peel

Add spaghetti to boiling water and boil for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, add oil to the garlic, wrap it with greaseproof paper and bake it in the oven heated to 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
Add the butter to the pan and melt. Add 3 cloves of roasted garlic (the rest of the garlic can be kept in the refrigerator for 3-6 days) and fry a little. Next, add lemon juice and flour and mix until fragrant.

Add the drained spaghetti to the pan with the sauce and mix.
